I bought a tab a two months ago and now the screen wont display anything. This happened previously and I was able to somehow get it working (I think by holding [power], [volume up] and [volume down] at the same time while the tab was powered off) but now nothing I try has much effect. I've contacted Samsung and they offered to arrange to have it collected, but taking a day to wait for a UPS collection would be really quite inconvenient for me, especially at this time of year.
The tab can be switched on/off, reset by holding [power] and [vol down], is recognised by wifi/pc and charges correctly. I am able to take screenshots and activate voice assistant. I have also wiped the data from the device through the google account. None of this has done anything to the screen.
So I guess I'm just asking here if anyone has any suggestions I could maybe try?
