Not sure if you are referring to using link to Windows or use Windows as an operating system on the device. I don't know if link to Windows works but Dex will and no Windows can't be installed.

I currently have an A series 8inch tablet, which doesn't include many of the S series features. I want to know if the Active will have the same features as an S tablet, but I require the smaller 8 inch form factor
