Spen is too sensitive

I have had my s6 lite for about 4 months and i replaced my nib because it was writing a few millimeters above the screen. Now my replacement nib is doing the exact same the nib barely touches and its already writing so what happens is i try to write and the letters just fuse together is there any fix
