SMT515 tablet and samsung a70

I have tried everything  please can some one tell me how I can make calls and recieve them instead of using handset.Tried bluetooth, mobile tethering hotspot etc all say my tablet connected to a 70  but have noticed on tablet there is no call and text to other devices tab in advanced features please help i only had tab 3 days

Let me get this straight : you want to be able to use "call & text on other devices " on your tablet , right ?
Question : are both devices connected to the same Samsung account?
