sm w708 galaxy tab pro s 12 overheating

Hello

Has anyone experience there tab pro s overheating then repeatedly shutting down? This has been happening to mine for a few weeks now. I recently installed virtual dj, not sure if this is the culprit. The back right side gets very hot.

Hey @stooks! Can you run the tablet in Safe Mode to see if the issue continues? To do this turn your tablet off, then back on, and when you spot the Samsung logo on the screen, press and hold the Volume Down button until you see displayed ‘Safe Mode’. If the issue disappears in Safe Mode, you’ll need to disable the third party apps one by one until you find the culprit, included the virtual dj.

Thanks for your reply carlol. This is an intermittent issue so I will do this when it happens again.
