I have problem with sim card. Story so far: tablet brought from US, unlocked by AT&T, boight card from 3uk, working fine for few months. One day have that fault: ' no SIM Insert sim card' I swapped card from my phone as well 3uk and worked fine. Visit 3 to get replacement sim card and replacement did not work stright away in Tablet. in salon we swapped sims again phone-sim into tab, and tab-sim into phone, and all worked. Swap back and phone work but Tab not.
Any ideas, please

TabletsTo me it looks like either the device has somehow glitched from the unlocking process or it's not working in the U.K due to it being imported from the U.S to U.K if I've read that right about the 3uk SIM card.
If so then typically a network will say they cannot guarantee an import will work in the U.K so they can't support it.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Location can run a diagnostic on the device which is something I'd suggest to take advantage of.
