Indeed I have 4 times to be precise. So I finally got through to DPD chat on their app and the manager there are has escalated but I'm not holding my breath.

I've just been on a very long chat session with DPD, who have said that a very large tote was sent back to Samsung, because it could not be delivered. This is after they turned up four times with small boxes, to swap my device, when it was supposed to be a pick up for repair. What is more frustrating, is that Samsung say that they don't send boxes to DPD for them to pick up repairs. It seems like a script from Monty Python.
