Hi does anyone know how to claim the 6 months free Disney Plus when purchasing the Tab S9? I’ve already brought the tablet but not sure how to claim.

You could use the Boost app, which may have been already installed on your tab s9.

The current offer was 12 months free but no one seems to be able to get it to work, guess we'll have to be patient.

I spoke to Samsung support, and they gave instructions on how to claim, but hey ho that didn't work either, I've complained to Samsung asking why they make offers that you can't claim.

While I have contacted support and followed their instructions I can say what's happening to me. I go to the boost site. I then switch to mobile view as the site sujests. Select Disney+, click sign in to claim, then click sign in with galaxy device. Click on on the account, see v3 in the Samsung browser signin part and on Select available device it only shows my s23 and not my tablet s9 tab. Apparantly thats being escalated so let's hope it gets fixed.

I also thing someone has not done something right server side as another thing needed correcting in the registered part on the site. It might not even be releated but My watch which was shipped from Samsung Electronics UK when registered on the Samsung UK site it had a line about additional services are limited for products not purchased in your country yet it was brought in the UK on the Samsung UK website and shipped by Samsung Electronics UK. The watch though works fine so not going to change it and to do much messing arround but someone has screwed up somewhere. Again I raised this on a chat and should of been escalated to get that line on the website fixed.

Same for me, it only shows my S22 as an available device and not the Tab S9 I signed in with. 

Samsung please get this sorted before people start accusing you of false advertising.

It now shows my Tab S9 as an available device, but if I click it, it says "It appears that you are not eligible for this offer."

Close but no cigar...

Just tried and exactly same for me. They dangle the carrot but offer no reward.
