Samsung tab S7+ charging problem

Hello

I don't know how to better explain my problem to you

(on top of that i don't speak english)

but if you watch the video you might understand

and maybe you will be able to help me

(I do not speak English)

I have an application called ampere (an application that allows you to display the energy received or lost by the battery in real time)

I open the amp application it tells me for

example

2500 mA (Fast Charge)

4000 mA (Super Fast Charging)

I open a second call of duty window

and third window clash of clans

I wait a bit and there when I look at the ampere application it tells me 300 mA or 200mA or 80mA or 60mA

it will never go up to 2000mA or 4000mA again as long as the application remains open

when I play Call of Duty it's 80mA (it will drain the battery even if I'm connected Fast Charge or Super Fast Charging)

you might understand better by watching the videos

when I open windows or games on my laptop I don't know how to tell you that it does not charge, it charges very slowly, it discharges, even only one game call of duty

even if I am connected Fast Charge or Super Fast Charging on my laptop tab s6 it wasn't doing that

test on your tablet please (with the same apps if possible)

with a single application geekbench https://streamable.com/xbizzi

Yes I actually have 2 tab s7 plus now. I wouldn't recommend gaming while charger is plugged in, unless of course you don't mind diminishing the battery. Its one if the worst ways to wreck your battery.

Understand the charge speed is reduced when the tablet is in use, also note that typical power drain if running games can vary from around 1000mah up to at least 2000+ depending on intensity of the application as well as speaker volume and screen brightness. If your trying to charge at this rate, the tablet will most likely not charge much and if it hits 100% charge it will stop charging at all. When it's lost enough charge it'll try to charge up again. As I already said, it's best never to keep a charger plugged in when gaming, especially at 100% charge.

If your battery is charged over 80% it will decrease charging rate drastically.

I installed CoD just for you to demonstrate the heavily reduced charge when running multiple games, in this case CoD and Battle Knight. Note the substantial decrease in charge rate, although much of that was due to battery being over 80% full.Screenshot_20210521-011945_Call of Duty.jpgScreenshot_20210521-011621_AccuBattery.jpg

when I play Call of Duty with a 100% battery with a fast charger it goes from 100% to 97% but with you 79% -83%. but that's what I understood. you tell me it's completely normal it's happening to me. I swear I'm going to go crazy.

i just made a video tell me what you see is what you think

That video shows you have a self imposed charging limit or some sort at 90%. As soon as your battery hit 90% it slowed charging so that your battery would lose charge. Before that your battery was fast charging fine.

A question, do you have the protect battery setting on?

you can't see that on the first video for 5 minutes it was working fine. watch on your accubattery app

on the second video after closing your accubattery application 0:55 and I closed your application a second time 1:26 and there you will see that it will drop to 10mah. you saw that on the first video it works very well for 5 minutes
