Samsung tab S7+ charging problem

I don't know how to better explain my problem to you 

(on top of that i don't speak english)

and maybe you will be able to help me

I have an application called ampere (an application that allows you to display the energy received or lost by the battery in real time)

I open the amp application it tells me for 

example 

2500 mA (Fast Charge)

4000 mA (Super Fast Charging) 

I open a second call of duty window 

and third window clash of clans 

I wait a bit and there when I look at the ampere application it tells me 300 mA or 200mA or 80mA or 60mA 

it will never go up to 2000mA or 4000mA again as long as the application remains open 

when I play Call of Duty it's 80mA (it will drain the battery even if I'm connected Fast Charge or Super Fast Charging)

when I open windows or games on my laptop I don't know how to tell you that it does not charge, it charges very slowly, it discharges, even only one game call of duty

First thing, you're running 2 games at the same time which will increase battery drain, so your charging rate will decrease naturally.

Secondly your battery will heat up and this will affect how fast and how much charge will occur.

Now last thing is, why would you run 2 games like that anyway?

As I already explained, you have 2 applications running which will obviously increase power usage. If your tablet is using for example 2000mah while it's running, the battery will not be able to fast charge to its maximum speed. Also as it heats up (which it will) your maximum charge speed will decrease. So your overall charge is only able to barely keep up with the tablets system draw. Nothing wrong with this and is totally expected.

I found three ways to close background apps

when I start playing call of duty I close everything I block everything in the background I leave no application in the background


the percentage of my battery is at 100% and my tablet is charging anyway it downloads slowly

do you have samsung tab s7 + ?
