Samsung Tab S7+, brand new... "Samsung Pass is temporarily unavailable"

Just got an S7+ .. fresh install.  It says "Pass is temporarily unavailable".  Come on, how do we fix this?

Go into the galaxy store and have a look to see if there are any updates for the Samsung pass app.
