@leelee2023: If you swipe from the top of the screen to the bottom, are there any notifications that correspond with the symbol you're seeing? Can you try heading to the Samsung Members app > Press and hold on the app icon > Diagnostics > Cable charging, and follow the on-screen prompts. Does this test highlight any issues with the connection?
