Samsung T580 won't unlock

I've tried all solutions provided to another community member, but they are not working for this model. 

I can insert my pw and then the lock screen just spins. I have been able to turn off and on by pressing volume and on/off switch, but it can take 10+ times before this even works. I get no error messages.

have you tried clearing the cache partition? if so, next step would be factory reset and if that fails a repair by samsung

@Ruth1eh: Depending on whether this feature is active on your tablet, you may wish to try signing in to Find My Mobile via an internet browser, using your registered Samsung account details, to see if you're able to remotely unlock the device from here.

Unfortunately I can't get it open to try and resolve it.

When I try this option all I get is the spinning circle on my cell, so same outcome. I tried locking it then unlocking, but the lock option states my tablet is not connected to a network.
