Try removing the SIM card and connect to the WiFi. Uninstall and reinstall Samsung Members app. Put the SIM back in.

Nice! Can you try the same for the Galaxy Store? You cannot uninstall it, however, in Settings > Apps > Galaxy Store > Storage > Delete data. Remove the SIM and open the app. Check if then shows data in English.
