Hi,
My tablet will not charge at all and is unusable.
It has an aqua color when plugged into power and the screen says.
Top left corner in red "VOLTAGE Level [2612]
Middle of screen has an icon of a triangle with an exclamation mark in the centre and underneath it says "An error has occurred while updating the device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the smart switch PC software.
It won't hold power or switch on at all, i have tried hard reset and multiple other trouble shooting but nothing works.
Please help!
