Samsung rewards

Any idea samsung rewards points not working on payment , called Samsung but no one have clue

I bought an S21 Ultra in April, I was hoping to get some reward points for that.. but I also can't figure out how.

I think they have just started points system as bought phone as well but didn't get any points just got point when I bought telly last month and unfortunately cannot use the points as its not working
