Samsung Rewards Points ???

I have made a few purchases and non are showing on my account, I just received another statement saying zero.

The whole Samsung Rewards is becoming a very annoying joke.

Mine was as well.
But after a month I have had two emails about checking my rewards points balance

I had the exact same. made an order in March - said about estimated points but nothing come through yet and I had the same email with 0 points showing.

@Obsydian @Dan14514: If you were logged in to your Samsung Account at the purchase stage, then the reward points will be credited to your account within 28 days of the delivery date. To find out more, please check out the link below.

I was awarded points in july (50,000) and they were taken away in September. Don't know why, cant contact anyone.  My chat with a real agent (?) was closed after an hour of nothing from them.  Next will be Twitter!  I am not impressed by Samsung customer services!
