Samsung parcel - Tab S8+

Hi i order the samsung tab s8+ and i missed the DPD delivery twice and now it says package is sent back to samsung so who do i contact now to reareange my delivery?

Contact customer support
Best thing you can do is download the DPD app and then you can track the package on the day or arrange delivery for a different time or day

It doesnt give an option to rearrange

Oh it's annoying when they do that.
Last time I got the Z Fold 3, if I wanted I could pay for a delivery on a weekend. Luckily I had someone home on the day.
That was before the first delivery though.
You would need to speak to customer support through. I would have thought you will get an email soon anyway.
Go into the get help section on the Members App and use that number
Hopefully you will get sorted soon

You should have used DPD in flight options... now it's too late

Same here with my S22U order. I specified 6th March delivery but they ignored that and tried to deliver on 25th and 26th February. I am 2000 miles away and can't do anything about it. Presumably my order will go back to Samsung as well. DPD only have the option to deliver up to the 5th. No good at all.
