Hi after sync Samsung notes don't update on my Tab a7 , while absolutely fine on Samsung ultra 21
I tried all setting but no luck

Try reinstalling notes if you haven't already done so. I use Google Notes personally on my Tab A7 since my other device is Motorola anyway. Google Notes behaves as expected.
