So I ordered a Galaxy tab S7 which was supposed to be delivered on 16-Feb-2021 (today is 20 Feb 2021). I contacted Customer Support, they said they might have lost the package. However, they asked me to wait for 2 more business days and if I don't get my package, they would give me a full refund. But that is not fair. I bought the tab when there was a discount and now the discount is gone. There is almost a $100 price hike. I even asked for a replacement with the same order which they refused. I did not expect this from Samsung.
I think its always important to remember that the buyer is in control and that there are plenty of different tablets on the market to choose from. If you are unhappy with what's being offered by Samsung, let your wallet do the voting.
