Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 - Amazon Prime App Problems

For some reason when I play videos on the amazon prime app, the scenes are very dark, specifically scenes that take place at night or in the dark you can't see ANYTHING. If anyone knows of a fix or when Samsung/Amazon is going to fix this please let me know!

hello

i have the same issues but according to Samsung support team the problem is not usual and could be due to a bug. Their solution is a full reset of the tablet. Did you fix it at the end? Thx
