Samsung galaxy tab s7 fe registration

Any advice please.

We have brought the s7 tab and can not register it, just won't accept the letters and numbers. I've tried multiple times without any luck.

Hi @Members_aS68AXi, where are you trying to register your tablet? Can you please send a picture of the message you're getting when you go through this? Please ensure that your personal details aren't in the picture if they're on the screen.

Same with my Watch 4 Classic. Literally tried everything. Scanning the barcodes, trying over same wi-fi connection attempting to scan the QR code but it's so tiny on the box the camera won't pick it up through the Members registration page. It's now on my account listed an inactive. However I used the same info to successfully get my £75 play store voucher 🤷
