I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E SM-T5660 8GB Wi-Fi. I have recently replaced the battery however I am still having the same problem. Which is, if I don't use the tablet for a few days (even though the battery is fully charged when I switch it off) when I come to switch the device on (after a few days) the battery is on zero and takes at least 2 hours to fully charge. For the battery to remain fully charged when not it use it has to be constantly connected to the charger.

Samething for Samsung...In 24 hours a battery can loose 1 % in IDLE mode but not really more, and 0% when the tablet is OFF, this is why I say since the begining then it act like a dead battery. I'm not sure they really changed your battery. Why don't you return to the store who changed your battery and tell them it don't work properly ?
Sorry for my english

Hello again
I have run the GSM app again. I am attaching 2 photos for this the first one is a screen shot of the app after opening and second photo is a screen shot after I ran the app for just over an hour.
At the time of running this this app I had Amazon Prime Video open and 2 games, although I was not actually using these apps they were just open.
I also ran the Power Battery App and the third photo is a screen shot of this.
Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi
Hope you remember me! After much troubleshooting I think I know what the problem is. When I remove the SD card the tablet holds it's it battery when switched off. I have ordered a new SD card. Do you think this will solve the problem? I did not know an SD card could drain a battery when a device it switched off! Look forward to hearing from you.
