Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 - phantom key touches?

I have an issue with a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1.

When using Youtube Kids, the app acts as if the Back key has been pressed about every 3 seconds. A video will start to play when tapped, then minimise and pause after 3 seconds. Have tried re-logging in and reinstalling, but issue is still the same.

Most apps are unaffected including Youtube, but Youtube Kids as well as a couple of games and sometimes the keyboard are affeced by this.

Anyone else had this issue?

Hi @CFBH.

Is the software on your tablet up to date? Go to Apps > Settings > About device > Software update. Also, let's try a soft reset. This will end all processes and give the tablet a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the tablet restarts.

Yes all software is up to date (Android 7.0)

I have done the soft reset before, and again just now but did not help - still have the glitch.
