Samsung Dex on Tablets

Is there any Hope that classic Dex comes back to Tablets? I really think about selling my Tab because of this Update.

The chances of classic DeX coming back on tablets are unfortunately pretty low right now — at least based on leaks, reports, and user feedback.

After reading expert magazins, I believe Samsung switched to the Android Desktop Software Foundation. Unfortunately a bit too early in my opinion. This is clearly "work in progress".

the benefit is a standardized platform over all Android Smartphones and tablets. This makes it a lot more attractive for app development to adapt their software for desktop specific behavior like resizable window, keyboard control (hopefully also mouse), etc.

This could be a final breakthrough. Enterprises could save costs and give employees just a phone which covers 60-80% of mainstream work. the rest could be done on virtual Windows PC that displays on Android.

If that fails however, desktop mode will be dead forever.

because its too different from the previous DeX, works awfully, opens windows always minimized and thus adding unnecessary clicks and time just to open it in full screen. its no more Desktop experience

It is no Desktop Mode anymore and has so many Problems like :
1- If you open a Note in fullscreen mode, you cant see the Apps Icons down the Screen unless you touch the Screen with you Hands oder swipe it with the Pen what leads to writing on your opened Note and the Icons disappear in like 2 seconds even you put the Pen Pointer on it.
2- Open anything in fullscreen and rotate the Tablet, fullscreen will turn into a Window. So you have to click on fullscreen option everytime you rotate the Tablet
3- How on Earth there is Vertical Screen in "Desktop" mode?! 😂
4- The New Mode does not remember my Preferences in how big the Window for every App should be when i open it.
5- I bought a big Display Tablet so now i need an external Display, whitch can be even smaller than my Tab, just to be able to use classic Dex?😂
This are some Example of the Problems we as Tablet User have. It could make Sence if they remove it just from Mobil Devices cause they are too small for that mode but not for Tablets. This is absloutly a Downgrade not an Update.

Most of these things annoy me too. So far they aren't such a big problem for me. I can fully relate though
