S9 ultra - Pre ordered too early to qualify for free keyboard case? Fuming >:(

I baught a samsing galaxytab s9 ultra 1tb 16gm ram from samsuns website with the the offer of getting the keyboard case free with my order, to be told that i pre ordered it to early so i dont qualify for the claim. Fuming😡

Has anyone else had this problem?

The info we have at our side says that the offer went live on 11 August (for the actual general release date of the Tab S9 series rather than for the pre-orders), and is one where the keyboard is automatically added to the basket when buying a Tab S9/+/Ultra, which ties into the Ts&Cs on the website:

If you’re really wanting the keyboard as a freebie then AshS23ultra's suggestion looks to be the best way to go – although you could possibly lose out on offers that were pre-order exclusive.

I personally would keep pre-order & then buy a case to protect device fully along with BT keyboard/mouse.

This means you then don't have to have the additional weight of the keyboard all the time unless intending to use daily.

I ordered the Tab S9+ a couple of days ago and the keyboard case cover was definitely there to purchase for free. I would do a live chat with Samsung and see if you can get it added to your order.

Im onto samsung now i just had my tab delivered says it came with keypad case , ig didnt arrive they are now saying its only eith the beige colour but the app didnt state that
