Hi purchased a S8 tablet from AO.com and want to claim trade in for my old Tab 4 10.1 (LTE) T535.
On https://www.samsungtradeinoffer.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-a535g-book-tabs8-tabs6-aug-2022 there is a list of devices where this isn't listed (even though the 7 inch tab 4 is). However, there is a clause saying other devices will be accepted.
"7. List of eligible devices: For devices not included in the list below, Participants will be entitled to claim a £60, £100 or £150 reward, but will either need to select the “Any other Android device” or “Any other Apple device” to complete their claim or contract MTR on the following site where the claim will be managed: https://www.samsungtradeinoffer.co.uk/support"
When I tried to claim there was no option for "Any other android device" option isn't there. Even though this is there if purchasing from Samsung direct.
On contacting samsung@tradeinresponse.co.uk, they say the trade is for only the devices listed - can anyone help?
