Hi i have recently returned a samsung tablet i just wanted to ask that after hiw many days should i recieve a email that my device has been accepted or how do i know my refund has been accepted
When i returned my a product i didnt receive any kind of confirmation just got a refund within the two weeks stated in the email with the phone number you call to give your bank details
@subimper Usually if you've returned it via dpd, then you should get an email from dpd saying it has been delivered successfully to samsung. You should probably message live chat or call the samsung shop team for an update.
