Do you want rotation of your photos to be fast or the tablet overall to work faster? The screensaver options don't seem to offer a time to display each image. Anyway, go into settings, display, screensaver and choose photo frame or photos. The latter is Google photos app and can show images uploaded to your account too. The cog icon on each is options, you will need to grant access to your storage for either choice you make
