Photos disappeared (not only from gallery but from HARD DRIVE)

Hey,

so I unlocked my S8+ today and I noticed my entire collection of like 30 Magic: The Gathering wallpapers had disappeared. It's just not there, not even in the file browser, not even when I look at its data on my Windows desktop. Trash bin isn't activated and when I did, it was empty. What the heck?

Hey there! Where were these wallpapers originally saved? Did you download these in Themes? If so, head to Settings > Menu (bottom right) > My Stuff > Wallpapers. If you still don't see your wallpapers there, Head to  Settings > Menu (bottom right) > Purchased items > Wallpapers.
