I encountered a bug that makes it impossible to use more than a single window properly in the new version of dex in a workspace. When I click on another window while using another, both apps just disappear and I have to go to recents to find them again but it keeps doing it. I noticed the new dex is just buggy on my Tab S10 Ultra. For now it is not THAT usable. I hope samsung fixes this soon in a bug fix update.

Have you tried to reset DEX? It might work after reset of the app, you will lose your data in Dex.

The best approach is to submit a error-report about this. My colleagues can then investigate this further and see if it can be resolved with an update from us. After reproducing the issue ---> Open the Wearable app ---> Click the circle icon in the bottom center ---> Click the 3 dots in the top right corner ---> Settings ---> Contact us ---> Send feedback ---> Click the arrow icon in the bottom right corner ---> Follow the instructions there. 
Feel free to let us know if submitting the feedback was successful.
