My tablet has some visual issues after One Ui 7, here are some in the video

Recent apps crash

Incomplete display of minimized clock widget, all widgets of that size do not look clear

Top panel issue

Inverted screen layout crash

Yeah I can definitely say that's not normal.

For things to try, try a reboot. Simple but always worth a try.

You can also try to clear the cache partition of your device. That involves getting into the recovery menu. That should be power it off, hold power and volume up till you see the samsung logo, then release. Using the volume buttons to move and power button to select, press clear cache partition. It should then reboot, else manually select the reboot option.

Hopefully that sorts the issues. If the issue is just plain a buggy update, all you can really do is wait for a new update to come out

I did a factory reset right after installing the update.

Ah... Then probably using the send feedback function of this app and letting samsung know is probably your best bet
