I have an old tablet I'm trying to factory reset but none of us remember the Pin no. No idea if 4 or 6 numbers. Anyway to get past this to get on ? Thanks

Hi @Looby227   With Device turned off,try pressing Power,Volume Up and Home at the same Time.  If successful should be able to Factory Reset from there.

Alternatively try  erasing Data using the Samsung Find My Mobile service  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/what-is-find-my-mobile-and-how-can-i-use-it-to-loc...     Google Find My Device is another option https://support.google.com/Erase Data

I eventually got passcode right before I saw your post. Noted should I have another senior moment
