Offers are confusing me.

So I ordered the galaxy tab s9 ultra on the 9th August, I got the free storage upgrade, £100 off voucher and £50 galaxy live voucher, the problem is there were other offers still showing as available in the offer section such as a free slim keyboard cover which I wasn't able to claim even tho the countdown said the offer ends in a certain amount of time so I spoke to the live support and twitter support and they told me the countdown is when the offer 'starts' which makes no sense as the website claims its when the offer ends so to cut a long story short I didn't receive my free keyboard cover and was told I'd have to cancel then re order to get it when the offer becomes available, I was also shown I could claim a £50 galaxy store voucher which is no where to be found 🙃

Congrats on your Tab S9 Ultra, @Harvey99. The free Slim Book Cover Keyboard is applied automatically on eligible orders while stocks last, which will be shown in the basket. If the order was placed outside the promotion period, your order won't qualify for this.

The offer was there but the keyboard never appeared in my basket

Hi, @Harvey99. I appreciate that you expected to receive the free Slim Book Cover Keyboard when ordering the amazing Tab S9 Ultra.

I should hasten to add, however, that you needed to add this to your order, so that it was in your basket. The offer is still live and it states "Purchase from Samsung.com by 13/09/23. Discount applied automatically at checkout when two or more qualifying products in basket."

I want to ensure that you get more clarity about this, so I think it'd be a good idea to reach out to our colleagues at the Online Shop Team on 0333 000 0333 (open from Monday to Friday from 8am until 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm) for an update about whether you can receive your free gift.

I've had the same advice. The online chat person told me I would need to return both my S9+ and Watch6 and reorder to benefit from the offer.

In Australia you can just enter your serial and claim.

I've just rang up the Samsung support number and was told they will send me out a keyboard cover and will email within 24 hours for confirmation so hopefully they do send it out
