I have been trying for days to correct an issue with netflix not working on my galaxy tab s5e. It now says incompatible, and needs updating. It won't update, can't be deleted as it was pre loaded.
I have been on the phone to Samsung for hours, with a technician accessing the device for a hour without being able to help.
Anyone got any ideas? Its running android 9, no available update on playstore
