My Samsung Tab a can't update firmware

Had anyone ran into this problem because the software update keeps failing every time when I try installing the software update but sometimes I think that the software update is out of date and it's keeps saying to visit a Samsung service center but the Samsung service center is really far probably in Dundee in Scotland...

@glebs1972: If you're having some trouble updating your tablet via Settings > Software update, then please try completing the update via Smart Switch on your PC or Mac. 

To begin with, please follow the link below, and click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' to download the relevant version

Once installed, open Smart Switch, connect your Tab A using the USB cable that came packaged with the device, and look for an update prompt on the landing page, next to your device details.

Mine won't update either and I don't have a computer what shall I do

No I don't and I am not sure of any in Kent

Hi. Did you manage to get this sorted as my tablet says just the same.
