My samsung tab a 2019 only charges when powered off how do I fix this ?

It doesn't charge when turned on it used too only charges when powered off and then it can take a while to charge

No problem with my port

No problem with block or cables

If Tab A only charges when turned off, It is usually has something to do with the Battery settings. If you still get the issue after changing the settings of charging, You could either: Reset to factory settings or Try another charger. If none work I suggest getting a newer tab
