Missing gmail icon Samsung A7 tablet

Hi, I am really struggling with this new tablet. Now I have lost the gmail icon - it is not on my apps page any more although I can get into it via playstore.

Can you please tell me how to get the gmail icon back onto my home page - in very easy terms please. Thanks

look at mail

in app section just search for gmail or it should be in google app folder....... easy

it is inside a folder called 'Google' should be the very first icon on your apps page

@victorsj: Open your Apps menu by swiping up from your Home screen > Google (folder) > Gmail > Press and hold on the app icon > Add To Home.
