Didn't get the book cover keyboard with the Samsung Galaxy S9 Ultra as advertised. Samsung support seems to not exist it seems.

Yeah it was purchased from the Samsung website it said something about ordering before the 7th of Nov to get it which i did also. Im looking to get the Z flip soon aswell and the promotion for that has a free chromebook which gets added to the basket when i ordered the tablet the keyboard wasn't added 😞

I'll make sure to check the fine print next time.
I called the number provided in the post above. Lady was helpful and it was super quick to sort out. Got the keyboard yesterday.

I ordered the the s9 ultra 512gb 5g version Samsung accepted the order and showed keyboard on confirmation, on delivery, no keyboard, tried calling them and said subject to availability, they had stock bur steadfastly refused to supply me a keyboard. They are still offering a free keyboard on their sales page. If you don't like it you can return for a minimum 20% handling charge! Ability peeved to have spent over a thousand pounds and to be treated like this
