Medical Info toggle missing

I use the medical info under safey and emergency in the settings, but the toggle to show the information on the lockscreen is missing, I know I already enabled it before, but after updating to one ui 7 its not there anymore and the toggle is gone as well. I have a Tab A9+ wifi

Open Settings > Safety and emergency > Medical info, enter your details, and tap Save.
