@jt7783: To assign an SD card as the default storage location for your photos and videos, please open the Camera app > Tap the cog symbol in the top left > Storage Location > SD card. This is the only default storage option for SD cards, however you can manually move any items across via Apps > Samsung (folder) > My Files > Documents (as an example) > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Edit > Select a document > Move (at the bottom of the screen) > SD Card. I hope this helps.

In my Galaxy Tab A, in the manual move option, there is no ..>Samsung (folder)>my Files>... 3 dots in the top right. It only shows on the top, Recent files, a grey box farther to the left, with a + and above that, Search  More. Going to More and selecting Edit only brings up an option to select images for deletion. Nothing more.

Anyway, how would I move photos into my Galleries folder so I can view and swipe them to see them?

My files folder only lets me select one image at a time, then I have to return to the list of images to see another one, there's no swiping option in My Files.

Some files are in the Gallery and others in My files but both folders are separate from each other,  each with different viewing options.

The Gallery shows the dates the images were taken with large thumbnails and the My Files folder shows images in small thumbnails that can only be selected one at a time. It's frustreating trying to show someone images if I have to keep exiting for each image to show.

I can't find any way in the folders when attached to my computer  to move images to the Gallery because there's no way to see the file path to the Galleries folder.
