issue opening pdf

Hi all,

Having issues opening pdf on any Samsung device, says file may be corrupted but if I open in on a non Samsung laptop it works.... any suggestions on how to get it working on my Samsung tablet? Thanks

Do you have a PDF app of any type on your device as without on the file won't be recognised?

I've been having the same problem on my Note 2OU, whenever I try to open a PDF in Adobe for Samsung I get the same error. I've taken to using Drive PDF Viewer instead now

I have tried several different pdf viewers but none of them have worked so far

-you may try Google PDF viewer  - link

-set the PDF viewer as your default app to open PDFs / head to settings → apps → tap 3 dots → tap default apps → tap PDF

-if non, reset the app preferences / head to settings → apps → tap 3 dots → reset app preferences

-restart the tablet, opening a pdf file will now ask what app to use to open, you may select once or always

Why can't I open pdf documents in Outlook on my samsung phone. It used to open before but wouldn't now after an update ☹️
