The main difference is that the Snapdragon 720g processor is being used in the 2022 version and in the original 2020 version the Exynos 9611 chip was used. The Snapdragon 720g uses 2.4Ghz + 1.8Ghz cores whilst the Exynos uses 2.4Ghz + 1.7Ghz cores. So in the specs online it should show it as 2.4Ghz + 1.8Ghz on the specs sheet. The Samsung specs online are always very basic in my opinion.
