I am a new owner of the Tab S7 plus with keyboard cover and I am pulling my hair out over keys that have 3 icons on the key

I cannot figure out how to use a key that has 3 icons on the key i.e. I want to use the quotation symbol, but I cannot figure out how to do this.  Help please. I am in Vancouver, BC. Thanks.
