@SDIS76: Do you have an alternative camera application installed on your tablet? If so then I recommend speaking with your IT department, or the business app developers, to see if they can look at introducing the option to choose a default camera app when taking pictures through the app itself. There isn't a native option on the Tab itself, although you could try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, to see if you get a prompt when you first open the in-app camera. Some apps, for instance, will provide an 'Open With' notification with a few options, allowing you to default to whatever you choose.
Regarding the resolution of the default camera, the rear camera is 13MP, however you might want to try playing around with the available Aspects (3:4, 9:16, 1:1 or Full) to see if the results are better for you. Also, tap on the cog symbol > Format and Advanced Options > HEIF Pictures > On. I hope this helps.
