How do I watch TV over HDMI on tablet?

I have a Samsung S4 Tablet and would like to watch TV on the Tablet over HDMI

What would I need to make it all work over HDMI and display on the tablet?

@GazCBG: The Tab S4 doesn't support screen mirroring via HDMI I'm afraid., although if you have a Smart TV then you can establish a connection using Smart View. To find out more please check the link below.

I'm sure you could use a chromecast to watch TV via S4. I use it for my Tab a and s5e
