Hello I really didn't know where to post this and before calling Samsung thought I'd ask here.

 

I'm pre ordering the Tab s7+ and it offered a trade in now, what I want to know is do I send my item in when I receive my pre orded device or do I send it in before?

The trade in is usually requested after you receive the Tab, they will send you all the details once you receive your Tab.

l received my new phone on friday as part of a trade in with Samsung. I now have Friday to send my old phone back but have not received the envelope they are supposed to be sending. Do I need to worry?
