So I received 2 Samsung tabs for switching to att. I was told they are WiFi devices. I've been through the galaxy s3, s4, and now note 5. I assumed these tabs are just like the phones I'm used to without the ability to call. Unlike every other WiFi only devices I own (2 kindle fires and 1 iPad mini) these Samsung tabs have cell service bars and phone numbers. Calling the numbers leads to an inactive message. Is there anything cool I can do with it or is it just like any other WiFi only devices?
Also since these have phone numbers...can I just sell them to a friend and not have any repercussions on my end as far as them being tied to my phone bill somehow? I really have no need for them to be honest.
