Help request message bumps me back to main screen

Have been trying for 1 hour now to get a response to my message requesting help. Sent at least 6 messages when sending it get message saying it has been sent then I am bumped back to main screen where nothing happens, will never recommend Samsung to a tone if this is level of their support.

If you confirm the model number of your tablet, along with further details of any issues you're having, then myself and the other mods/community members will be on hand to help.
