I have recently purchased this item adn it willnot play any video. The format is M4V on all thre films I have on th eSD card but non of them will play. Does any one have any idea how to solve this please. The item is mean to play this format

Hey @Bigjonblue,
The Tab S2 has a MP4/H.264/WMV player, but it doesn't support M4V.
